We have Full-time or part-time contracts available to join our Days team. You will be working on a rolling rota that will include weekdays, weekends, Bank Holidays, and other religious festivals

About the Support Worker Role

You will provide support and companionship to a range of adults, with Mental Health, LD and Autism, in supported living in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

You will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.

The role will be extremely varied, here’s a few ideas of what you might get up to:

  • Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings.
  • Providing personal care to those who require it.
  • Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Light cleaning and household duties.

This is a permanent position with contracted full time or part time hours available.
