Service Manager Role (Supported Living)
As Service Manager, you will hold full operational, clinical and leadership responsibility for our Supported Living services in the Stokesley area. You will be accountable for service performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and team leadership, supported by our wider senior leadership and central support functions.
This role requires demonstrable leadership and management experience within a care setting. We are seeking candidates who meet one of the following criteria:
Proven experience as a Service Manager, or
Significant experience as a Deputy Manager with a clear track record of leading teams, managing services, overseeing quality and compliance, and who is ready to step into a Service Manager role.
You will be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and confident in leading, motivating and developing teams to achieve excellent outcomes for the people we support.
